Microsense Sensors For Voyager & Observer Loggers

Description: Basic temperature sensor designed for measuring air, surface and liquid temperatures. The sensor and its light weight, flexible 1 metre cable are waterproof, but are not suitable for use with highly corrosive substances. The sensor is small with a low thermal mass which helps it to respond quickly to tiny changes in temperature. This sensor can be used with sensor extension leads.

Nominal Accuracy: +/- 1 degrees C at -10 to 110 degrees C.

Applications: Skin temperature, studying cooling curves, insulation properties of materials, cooling by evaporation, how animals survive different climate conditions, energy release by germinating seeds, environmental monitoring and numerous others.
