An End User Declaration (EUD) is a document that confirms the intended end user and purpose of certain products being purchased. It helps us meet our compliance obligations and ensures that products are supplied for legitimate educational, scientific or other approved purposes.

Where an EUD is required, customers may be asked to complete and return the form before their order can be processed.
